This variety is the flagship wine of Setlers Ridge.  Every Shiraz released has won an award. This is a fruit driven wine with a fine balance of oak and tannin.  A hint of pepper on the nose and it has a slightly spicy finish.  Decanting enhances the bouquet of this wine. Hand picked and basked pressed.
