This is a preservative free wine.  It is a light blend of Cabernet and Merlot and was released to celebrate the Group 51 first settlers here in the south west of  Australia.  It has a fresh floral bouquet with a hint of stone fruit.  Although lighter in style this wine is enhanced by decanting and has an interesting  finish.
